Hypnotherapy is proven to improve a number of health problems, literally by mind over matter!
There is nothing occult or scary about hypnosis - and to answer most people's first question - no you can't be made to say or do anything under hypnosis that you're not happy with - it's not like in the cinema!

I am a registered hypnotherapist with the Hypnotherapy Association (as such, I am bound by their code of ethics) and am listed on a number of the National Hypnotherapy Registers.
