How much does it cost?
This half day workshop costs £15 per person (minimum 5 people).  If you'd like to book it for you and your friends or for a group, click here or you can book a one to one session which will be charged at my hourly rate of £35.


Our lives tend to be rather rushed and hurried these days and it's difficult to find time to relax. 

In this half day workshop, Sharon will help you to:

- understand what's happening to your body under stress;

- understand your stress triggers;

- how to manage your stress more effectively;

- learn some relaxation techniques that you can use on a regular basis including learning some simple meditation techniques.

- some alternative remedies that are proven to aid with relaxation and stress reduction

- Sharon will also help you to understand your breathing.  As a professional singer and singing/performance teacher (as well as a hypnotherapist), Sharon is a bit of an expert on breathing!  Sometimes just knowing how to breathe in a less laboured way can help you to sleep better and to have more energy because you're actually filling your lungs with air, rather than just the top half of them (hyperventilating).
